Method
- Place the sugar and spices in a jar or cruet.
- Add the vinegar and water. Shake well.
- Add the olive oil and shake well again.
- Store in the refrigerator. Shake thoroughly before serving.
Notes
You can change up the spices to suit your tastes. The critical part is the vinegar-to-oil ratio, which should be from 1:2 to 1:3.
