Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the rice according to the package directions. If using frozen chopped broccoli, prepare according to the package directions as well.
- Sauté chopped onion and celery in butter.
- Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–45 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
Feel free to substitute a different condensed soup for the cream of celery if you want a different flavor. The same goes for Velveeta: pick the flavor you want or the one that's available.
