This workshop brings together organizations across multiple domains to share their strengths, aspirations, and opportunities within the community. The workshop is designed to discover alignments and opportunities for joint efforts by attendees. See the main workshop page for more information.
Attendence is capped at 20 participants. We ask that not more than two participants be from the same organization.

- 9:30-10:00 - participants arrive
- 10:00-10:45 - introduction to workshop, review agenda
- 10:45-11:15 - Share strengths, opportunities, aspirations
- 11:15-12:00 - review and discuss strengths, opportunities, aspirations
- 12:00-1:30 - lunch
- 1:30-2:15 - What are the leading indicators for organizations? Are they measures being used by other organizations?
- 2:15-3:15 - group work with Formulate Strategy Process
- 3:15-3:30 - break
