Ingredients
  

  • 180 g whole wheat flour
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 365 g milk
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Equipment

  • 1 griddle or electric skillet lightly oiled

Method
 

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is moistened. Don't overstir.
  4. Let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the griddle or skillet.
  5. Spoon or ladle portions onto the griddle or skillet. Flip when the top is full of bubbles, and the edges look dry.
