Empathy Forward is running several pilot workshops for non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC, metro area. These workshops are for senior leaders in organizations who can speak to their organization’s strategic direction, opportunities, aspirations, and challenges. The goal is to bring leaders from multiple organizations together to explore ways to tackle problems with interdisciplinary approaches.
We ask that no more than two people from each organization participate in any one workshop. We are suggesting a $25 donation per participant to help defray logistical costs. We recognize that smaller non-profit organizations may not have funds in their budgets for these activities, so do not let the suggested donation keep you from attending the workshop.
Workshop Agenda
Each workshop is for the whole working day, from 9 am to 4 pm.

- Share our strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and successes.
- Explore organizational intersectionality in groups.
- Wrap up and discuss next steps.
