Ingredients
  

  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 160 g corn syrup
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 40 g dry shredded coconut or twice the weight in dried fruit
  • 65 g sunflower seeds or nuts
  • 80 g raisins
  • 80 g another dried fruit

Equipment

  • 1 13×9-inch pan greased or lined with parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Press the mixture into a 13×9-inch pan, greased or lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack before cutting it into bars.
