- Toss cauliflower florets and chopped plum tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in a 450°F oven for about 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
Notes
We didn’t include amounts for the ground black pepper, lemon juice, or chopped cilantro because they have such a significant impact on the flavor. Some people prefer a lot of pepper or more acidity. Some people can’t stand the taste of cilantro.
